She has successfully guided award-winning programs from concept to execution, delivering measurable results across diverse sectors. Her expertise spans strategic planning, business administration, Apprenticeship development, stakeholder engagement, community development, cross-sector collaboration, facilitation, and leadership training. Kim is known for building strong partnerships and driving innovative solutions that strengthen communities and empower individuals.

A skilled facilitator, trainer, and technical assistance coach, Erin’s nearly two decades of experience in implementing and coaching Apprenticeship expansion efforts brings an essential expertise to our team. She brings experience from across the country on strategies and best practices for starting and expanding Apprenticeship programs.
