Georgia is a thoughtful and passionate advocate of the Registered Apprenticeship system. She focuses on workforce development projects, with a keen interest in systems improvement work. Her experience at the University of Maryland and the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington D.C. has helped develop her belief in the power of Apprenticeships.

Kim is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership in economic and workforce development. She has successfully guided award-winning programs from concept to execution, delivering measurable results across diverse sectors. Her expertise spans strategic planning, business administration, Apprenticeship development, stakeholder engagement, community development, cross-sector collaboration, facilitation, and leadership training. Kim is known for building strong partnerships and driving innovative solutions that strengthen communities and empower individuals.

A skilled facilitator, trainer, and technical assistance coach, Erin’s nearly two decades of experience in implementing and coaching Apprenticeship expansion efforts brings an essential expertise to our team. She brings experience from across the country on strategies and best practices for starting and expanding Apprenticeship programs.
